The JV Wolverines hosted the JV Wildcats of Blacksburg on Wednesday night. The Wolverines came away with a 13-5 win. Olivia Martin was the winning pitcher. She only allowed 6 hits and was helped by great defense throughout the game. The Wolverines were led at the plate by several different hitters. Alexus Sanders was 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored, 1 BB, and 3 stolen bases. Ashley Felker was also 2 for 3 with 1 run scored, 1 BB, 2 RBI, and 1 stolen base. Olivia Martin went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored and 3 RBI. The JV Wolverines will be back in action on Monday against Clinton at home. Game time is 5 p.m.
